The button on the edges keeps opening

Thank you for your review and we really appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention.

We would request you to close all the 4 buttons together and hold it for a few minutes. The pieces are freshly made, do give it sometime for the folds to take the shape of the tray. The buttons won't snap open then!
